Ragini Siruguri.

Ragini Siruguri is a visual communication designer from south India whose practice lies at the intersection of graphic design, photography, books and writing. Her approach to work is guided by a belief that any form of design is inseparable from the cultural, historical and political context it is created within.

Since 2016, Ragini has been designing books with Tara Books, an independent publishing house renowned for experiments in the art of book-making. Outside of this, she is interested in research on visual culture and design education in the Indian context.

Ragini is currently studying an MA by Research in Typography and Graphic Communication at the University of Reading, UK, supported by the Inlaks Shivdasani Foundation.
